Most accountability questions are structural: how decisions get recorded, how spending gets reported, how residents find out what council did and why. These questions work on any candidate for any office, which makes them some of the most useful ones to ask.

- How will residents know what you voted for and why, without having to ask?
- What part of the City budget do you think residents understand least, and how would you fix that?
- How would you handle a meeting request from a lobbyist or developer, and would residents be able to see it?
- What is one commitment you are making now that residents should hold you to at the end of the term?
